Do I need to do anything before having Brian's Wax on Wheels details my vehicle?

Yes, Prior to having your vehicle detailed, you should remove ALL personal items from your vehicle. What is the difference between wax and polish?

Wax is a soft typically non-abrasive product used to protect paint surfaces and usually lasts 2 to 3 months at best. Polish is mostly used on everyday driving vehicles. With it’s mild to moderate cleaning agents; this product is able to remove mild scratches, light oxidation and normal contaminants.

Can you remove the scratches on my vehicle?

Most light to moderate scratches that cannot be detected with your fingernail, may be removed or disguised. Scratches that penetrate below the paint surface (exposed primer or metal) need professional paint repair.

I have a strong odor inside my vehicle can you remove it?

Most organic and some chemical odors can be permanently removed by a thorough vacuum, shampoo and deodorize. For heavy-duty odor problems a total release fogger is used to combat smoke and fire odors, mustiness, decayed matter or any annoying odor regardless of its source.

What if I have to cancel or change an appointment?

If you must cancel your appointment we require a MINIMUM 24 HOURS NOTICE. Otherwise you may be charged a $69.00 cancellation fee (minimum service charge). A $25.00 late fee and a 1 1/2% per month handling charge (18% per annum), will be added to all accounts 30 days past due. Could I be asked to pay more than the price I was originally quoted?

Very rarely, but possibly. We are at a disadvantage when we quote over the phone (we can't see your vehicle through the phone). Sometimes we get vehicles that are just absolutely trashed! We clean cars not restore them. Our prices are based on vehicles considered to be in normal or average condition. Abnormal conditions such as excessive stains, dirt, pet hair, spills, trash, etc. cause more time on the job, more wear and tear to our equipment as well as extra chemicals and fuel consumption (See example below of our shop vacuum filter after hours of pet hair removal) To avoid additional costs you should have your vehicle detailed as outlined by the PDA
